The Bedspace Trust will provide the tenancy sustainability in order to address and solve a social problem of prevention, at risk of and crisis situations including accumulating rental and financial arrears and increasing mental health support/provisions as a result of expectations of independent living for an 18 year-old and often the resulting isolation.
